Just some slicing of a loaf. Lockdown has meant plenty of home baking for lots of people and with sourdough being a time consuming process; it’s been a good time to try and perfect it. My partner has more patience for it than I but I’m enjoying the experiments topped with butter and jam and in exchange I am able to offer my constructive feedback :)
